Delete your Tabletop Admiral account

How to request deletion

1. Open our data subject access request form and submit a request to delete your personal information / account. Use the email address on your Tabletop Admiral account so we can verify the request.
2. Or email tabletopadmiral@gmail.com from that same account email, with the subject line Delete my account.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing deletion.

What we delete

When a deletion request is verified, we delete:

• Your account credentials and profile information (including email)
• Army lists and related account data stored on our servers for that account
• Other personal information we hold that is tied to that account, except where retention is required as described below

What we may keep

We may retain limited information when required by law, needed to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or prevent abuse (for example, records of a deletion request). Backup copies may persist for a short period (typically up to 30 days) until they are rotated out of our systems.

Data that exists only on your device (for example, local lists that were never synced) is under your control; uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes it from that device.

How long it takes

After we verify your request, we aim to complete account and data deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the process is finished, when we have a working contact email for the request.
